I have sent the message below 3 weeks ago and a second reminder but no one ever took the effort to reply.
I am not sure whether you speak Dutch so I will email this in English.
This is the first time I have ordered Dutch food from your company.
I paid a lot of money for the shipping. For a total shipping price of 30 euro's I might expect at LEAST the shipping is done properly. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT the case. I am extremely disappointed and upset.
Today the box was delivered to my house. This is what I found when I opened the box:
1)the syrup has come out of the lid so the syrup jar was sticky all over and created a mess in the box
2) the Dutch almond cookies (gevulde koeken) were all crumbled and broken. There is no way that I can serve these to my guest
3)there was a whole in the brinta box so the brinta flakes were all over the place.
and last but not least: the different kind of loose liquorice that I ordered, were supposed to be all in 1 bag. However, the bag was somehow open and the candies were all over the box and mixed with the wrapping stuff.
I am extremely disappointed and expect from your side to really make up for this. THis is totally inacceptable.
