To order any products, click on the `Add to Cart` or `Buy Now` button.
When you have finished choosing your products, go to the Shopping Cart or click on Checkout in the right top corner. You can now login, make an account or checkout if you were already logged in.
Follow the checkout steps. In the first checkout step (delivery information)you can choose your shipping method, shipping address and whether you want or don`t want gift wrap.
In the second checkout step (payment information) you can choose your payment method and optionally add a comment.
In the third checkout step (checkout information) you can see an overview of your order and everything you have chosen in the checkout steps. If everything is allright click on Confirm Order.
When you have chosen for Paypal payment or Creditcard payment you will be forwarded to the payment pages.
When you have made your payment you will receive a copy of your order by email.
If you would like to check the status of your order at any time, please check the `My Account` page, where the information will be immediately updated when the status has changed.
When your parcel is shipped you can track and trace your parcel
here.
You will have to fill in your barcodenumber and you will see immediately where your parcel is.
You will receive an email with your barcodenumber when your package is shipped. Parcels shipped to
countries outside the EU can not yet be traced.
When you have not received your parcel within the time of delivery mentioned on our website (please note that the delivery time is in workdays), please wait for a few days more because
a parcel can arrive a little bit delayed because the Customs sometimes check parcels. When you still haven`t received your parcel after these days please contact us.
We will start an investigation with the carrier in the Netherlands and with the carrier in the country the package was shipped to.
This investigation can take a couple of weeks in the EU and maximum 3 months in an country outside the Europe. During this time you can still receive your package.
When the investigation is over and you still have not received your package, we will ship you a new package or refund the order.
Please note that the compensation of shipments within the European Union is max. 475. (products + shipment)
The compensation of shipments outside the European Union is different in every country but is never more than 146. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
(Orders under the 2 kg are not insured and therefore when they get lost we can not ship a new package or refund it. Please keep that in mind when ordering.)
You can cancel your order without any costs as long as Dutch Taste has not made any purchases yet for your order.
Please let us know as soon as possible via email if you want to cancel your order.
If the parcel is allready despatched you can not cancel your order. Please check in `My Account` if your order has been shipped or if it is still Processing.
We use the TNT post carrier to deliver your orders.
If the carrier cannot make a delivery they will leave a card telling you where the parcel is or ask you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Almost all products can be shipped to all countries.
But there are some exceptions. It is not allowed to import alcoholic beverages, tobacco and meat products into the USA.
For specific information about what you are allowed and not allowed to import into your country contact the local Customs.

A money transfer from an country to another country is only possible with an IBAN and a BIC number (also called SWIFT-address).
An IBAN is an International Bank Account Number which is used to make international payments go faster and more efficient.
A BIC is a Bank Identifier Code which specifies to which bank the money transfer has to go. A BIC is necessary to make international payments within Europe.
For making an international payment with an IBAN and BIC number you need special transfer papers which are available at most banks.
