Baked, spicy sambal

Conimex Sambal Badjak is a baked sambal with a spicy flavor. This sambal is made of fresh ground lomboks (little chilipeppers) and is flavoured according to an authentic recipe. Sambal Badjak can be used in Azian dishes, but also in meatdishes, gravy or in sauces.
