Ketjap Asin is a salt ketjap and very suitable for preparation of a dish on high temperatures. (for example in a wok) Ketjap Asin is essential in many Oriental dishes, such as Nasi, Bahmi and Satay and gives a surprisingly flavour to gravy, soup and sauce.
