We ask you to carefully read these conditions before placing and order on this website. By accessing www.dutchtaste.com you agree to be bound by and observe the following stipulations and conditions.

1. General
With the exception of deviations agreed explicitly and in writing between Dutch Taste and the Customer, these conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the Customer and Dutch Taste, and to all actions taken to execute them.

These conditions are accessible to everyone on the website www.dutchtaste.com. A written copy of these conditions is made available upon request.

In case one or more clauses of these conditions is/are void, the other clauses of these conditions will remain valid.

Dutch Taste has the right to change these conditions and the content of the www.dutchtaste.com website at all times.

2. Completion of the agreement
The agreement comes into force only after acceptance of the order by Dutch Taste and confirmation of this acceptance via e-mail. By placing the order the Customer accepts these conditions. Dutch Taste reserves the right to refuse orders from Customers with which there is a pending dispute.

All Dutch Taste offers are non-binding. In the event that Dutch Taste can not fill an order for any reason, it will communicate this to the Customer as soon as possible. Under no circumstances is the Customer entitled to any type of indemnification.

3. Ownership
As long as the Customer has not paid the price of the goods as well as any shipment- and payment fees, they remain the property of Dutch Taste.

4. Prices and tariffs
All prices are including VAT, but excluding shipment fees. Outside the E.U. the Customer is responsible for any taxes or import duties that need to be paid in the country of destination. Please contact your local tax-office for more information.

Dutch Taste has the right to change prices and correct errors. In case the Customer incurs any harm as a result, the Customer will be informed of this fact by e-mail and has the right to cancel the order. Dutch Taste can not be held liable for potential (typographical) errors in its prices or conditions.

5. Payment
The buyer is required to pay the net amount that is mentioned on the order confirmation and invoice. This amount includes the sales price of the delivered products, including any shipment fees and packing fees and/or fees for the collection of payments, and including VAT. Payments are accepted via Paypal, Money Check and via credit card.

The products will not be shipped until the payment has been done.

Credit card payments can only be made with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

6. Delivery
All products ordered through the Dutch Taste website will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the Customer in his order. The ordered products are delivered by TPG Post.

Dutch Taste charges fees for the shipment of the products, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. The fees that apply to the Customers order are displayed during the online checkout procedure.

The risk of damage, loss or theft (for package above 2 kg) is at the expense of Dutch Taste until the moment that delivery is made and the goods are handed over to the Customer. At that moment, the risk is transferred to the Customer.

The times of delivery indicated on the website are indicative. Under no circumstances does the Customer have a right to indemnities if the terms of delivery are exceeded.

Dutch Taste takes the necessary precautions to ensure that the products that are offered on the website can be delivered from stock. Nevertheless, from time to time it is possible that a product is no longer available. In this case Dutch Taste will substitute the product for a similar product. Under no circumstances can Dutch Taste be held liable for damages that would result from the fact that the product is out of stock.

7. Refund Policy
The Customer can only return the products by following prior consent in writing and on the Customers own cost.

8. Cancellation
In case the Customer decides to cancel his order he needs to report this by e-mail within 2 working days. All the costs that are allready made are for the Customer. The products need to be returned to Dutch Taste at the following address:

9. Complaints
If the ordered products do not answer to expectations because of breakage, damage, or an incorrect delivery, the Customer needs to inform Dutch Taste within 2 working days after receipt of the products.

If Dutch Taste does not receive a complaint of the Customer within the term mentioned above, it is assumed that the order was filled in accordance with the order.

10. Personal information
By accessing www.dutchtaste.com the Customer agrees to the collection and the use of certain personal data by Dutch Taste. The data will be used by Dutch Taste in accordance with the principles documented in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data provided by the Customer will be stored in the databases of Dutch Taste. These data will be used for the execution of the Customers order. The Customers credit card information is not stored by Dutch Taste. The Customer can get access to the personal data of the Customer that are stored in the database of Dutch Taste at all times.

11. Information
Dutch Taste does not guarantee that the information on the website is correct or reliable. Dutch Taste can not be held liable for any type of damage that might result, directly or indirectly, from the use of the information on the website.

12. Contributions to the "Reviews"
Visitors of the Dutch Taste website agree to remain individually responsible for the contributions that they make to the "Reviews" part of the website. Dutch Taste can not be held responsible for the content of these contributions. Dutch Taste reserves the right not to publish contributions on the website or to publish contributions only partly.

13. Intellectual rights
Dutch Taste is owner and license holder of all copyrights, databases, applications, trademarks and other intellectual rights that are part of this website. Concept, structure, lay-out and design are the exclusive property of Dutch Taste.

You have a right to use this site in accordance with the Terms and conditions. You are required to obtain the written permission from Dutch Taste before you are allowed to use this website or parts of it for applications or purposes unknown to Dutch Taste. Links to our homepage can only be made after previously obtaining permission.

A visitor to the Dutch Taste website that makes a contribution to the "Review" part of the website, automatically waives the copyrights on this contribution, unless previously and explicitly agreed differently. Dutch Taste reserves the right to publish contributions only partly or in a form different from the original form.

14. Notices
All formal notices originating from the Customer will be sent to Dutch Taste via e-mail via service@dutchtaste.com of via info@dutchtaste.com. Dutch Taste will reply to the Customer at the e-mail- or postal address that was provided by the Customer during the online checkout procedure.

15. Alcohol and Tobacco
For alcohol and tobacco products there is a lawful minimum age. By accepting these terms of conditions, you agree that you are at least 18 years old.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction
Dutch law shall apply to each and every agreement between Dutch Taste and the customer.
